Manga Book Review 5 out of 5 stars! First and foremost! This series goes in order with a main arc present throughout the manga, along with little mini arcs. Side note, I started reading and reviewing this series before I had a blog and a dedicated career in reviewing. This is a horror manga, and I am going to include some panels, I did really like one particular image that may be a little disturbing to some. "To have nothing inside of you. . .is even scarier than you can imagine." - Butterfly First, everyone has a secret to tell and if your secret is worthy then you may stay at the Murakumo Inn. Secondly, everyone who has worked for "Owner" wishes to return to his side. Thirdly, trees can be terrifying and a certain vengeful goddess from the Land of Roots is no joke. Will Butterfly and Spider survive this night's new guest? And will a grandmother convey all she needs to toward her grandson? "Fate is something. . .that must be faced alone." - Owner What...

Book Review 3.8 out of 5 stars! "As I was trying to fit in, I couldn't help feeling like I was the only one standing out." - Shufen Shufen has had to make a decision she didn't really want to make. . . Leaving her father's house next to the beautiful sea she's settling for a home with her mom. . . A place in a small town centered around weird activities. UFO's and paranormal happenings. Shufen has a rational mind that focuses on Science and things being explained by Science. But when an odd trio of teenagers catch her eye at her new High School things change. Being drawn to one of the three in particular Shufen may just have to come to terms that Science cannot explain everything in life. . . "I closed my eyes and messaged my brain as I ignored her conspiracy theory brain." - Shufen I liked Shufen and how her mind worked. She wasn't afraid to speak up about situations, aside from the usual teenager thing. Wanting to blend in and not draw atte...

Review 4 out of 5 stars! Comic Author Morgan Quaid Artist Willi Roberts First and foremost, read Issue One or this review will not make any sense. This is a comic book series that is supposed to be read in chronological order. So if you continue reading this without reading issue one there will be spoilers! The Blood Below Issue 1 I also wrote a review for Issue One before I started my blog so if you would like to read it I will post links down below. Now onto Issue Two of The Blood Below. "Feels like my brain is trying to eat itself." - Detective Holden We pick up right where we left off from issue one! Holden has just put the contact lens in his eye. Not knowing what would happen when he does such a thing. Headaches and seeing images are the least of his concerns.  Continuing on the trail of the double homicide Holden and Grey begin finding things that only lead to more questions. Proving that there's possibly something deeper going on within the city. What will they un...
